The method that is suitable to use for solving those problems is descriptive qualitative with interview in obtaining the data. This study aimed to get the answers of research problems, namely (1) What are the moral values found in "3 Idiots" movie by Rajkumar Hirani? (2) What is the contribution of "3 Idiots" movie to the audience? The writer is interested analyzing the moral values reflected by the main characters because it’s simple to understand the moral value of the stories. From many movies that the writer has ever watched, "3 Idiots" movie by Rajkumar Hirani is the most appealing. As a source of popular entertainment, movie has a powerful method for educating.
Movie is one types of communication which uses moving pictures and sound to tell stories or help people learn about new ideas.
